Experts emphasized that the first thing we need to focus on while staying at home is actually what we eat, experts told that you all have to do these things – Consume your meals at the table, do not eat while watching television, youtube videos, do not eat on the sofa, because you may consume more than your need without realizing how much you eat. This can lead to weight gain and even chronic ailments etc

Health experts also said that shopping habits are very important for us during curfews, emergencies, or lockdowns. As people buy pasta from the market, which is cheap but pasta is not an ideal meal because of its high calories and low nutritional value. Experts recommend that instead of pasta like food products you have to go with high protein and high fiber veggies and fruits. ‘VITAMIN-C’ one of our most basic health preservatives, for our immune system, & also has an important place in our lives, as for fruits we can consume apples, oranges, and all citrus fruits. 

High protein meals are also very important for our body. Eggs, meat, red meat is a rich source of protein. And those who do not eat meat experts suggest going with legumes such as green peas, chickpeas, kidney beans, etc

We should choose healthy alternatives instead of packed, processed, and sugary products. For example instead of potato chips while watching movies, people can eat popcorn without butter, or instead of soda, people can drink coconut water, low-fat milk, or milk with turmeric.

Drinking water is another important thing that should not be forgotten. & also during quarantine hygiene and sleep patterns are quite important alongside nutrition for a healthy body.
